Construction crews are working to restore power on the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga campus after power was lost for the north part of campus Sunday afternoon.

Construction crews knocked the power off for North Campus while working Sunday, according to Chuck Cantrell, spokesman for UTC. The power went off around 3 p.m.

Cantrell said he had not yet heard the breakdown of what buildings had lost power, but dormitories Lockmiller, Stagmaier, Boling and Johnson Obear may be included.

He said power will be restored as soon as possible.
