The Tennessee Court of Appeals has struck down an effort to recall Mayor Ron Littlefield after a two-year court battle.

“It’s good after two years to have validation from the Court of Appeals,” said Tom Greenholtz, attorney for Littlefield.
The mayor’s term ends in April 2013.
