Teenager stabbed to death in South Chattanooga

An 18-year-old man was found stabbed in South Chattanooga early this morning.

At 12:34 a.m., Chattanooga Police Officers were dispatched to 2604 E. 44th St. where they found Artemis Balthazar with multiple stab wounds.

The victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said. There is no suspect information at this time.
