The Bradley County Sheriff's Office and the 10th Judicial District Attorney's Office issued a joint statement today in response to the indictments last week of four family members in the May 30 shooting death of 3-year-old Kadalynn Robinson.

"While all of us regret the suffering of those who loved Kadalynn, we respect the findings of the 12 Bradley County citizens who returned the indictment," the news release states. "It is now the duty of the district attorney to evaluate the case and in conjunction with the [sheriff's office] search for justice."

Tommie Graham, a Tennessee state trooper, his wife and two daughters were indicted by the Bradley County Grand Jury on charges relating to the accidental death at the family home.
