Dr. B.W. Ruffner, Past President of the Tennessee Medical Association, will address Monday's meeting of the Pachyderm Club of Hamilton County.
He plans to speak about healthcare reform. The meeting begins at noon at Hamilton County Republican Headquarters, 1428 Chestnut St., Suite. E.
