Man charged with making terroristic threats at Athens, Tenn., clinic

ATHENS, TN - A 25-year-old man was charged with making terroristic threats Monday at a clinic in Athens.

William Thomas Coblentz allegedly became upset at the Athens Neurology Clinic when the clinic declined to fill a prescription without him seeing a doctor.

The Athens Police Department report states that Coblentz began to curse and said "It will be on your hands when I go and do a school shooting."
