Four arrested on drug charges by Jackson County Sheriff's Office

Searches of a residence and a shed on County Road 30 in Scottsboro, Ala., led Tuesday to the arrest of four people on drug charges.

Courtney Michelle Johnson, 23, and Marvin Eugene Cornelison, 37, both of Scottsboro, were arrested in connection with the search of the residence.

The two were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and bond was set at $500 apiece. They still are in the Jackson County Jail.

The search of the shed resulted in parts of a meth lab being located and seized along with drug paraphernalia. Scott Alan Ferrier, 41, and Amy Yvette Vandiver-Ferrier, 37, both of Scottsboro, were charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. Scott Ferrier was also charged with promoting prison contraband third degree after, according to the release, a syringe was located on him during a search at the jail. Her bond was set at $10,500 while his was $25,500. They also are still in the Jackson County Jail.
