Hamilton County Emergency Management Services responded to an industrial accident at Paladin Heavy Construction on Wednesday morning.

Emergency Services Spokeswoman Amy Maxwell confirmed that EMS arrived at 8822 Apison Pike in Ooltewah around 3 a.m. A medical examiner also came to the scene, though no death has been reported yet.
