Larry Grohn

Larry Grohn, a retired educator, has beaten longtime Councilman Jack Benson in the District 4 runoff election tonight.

Grohn received 1,077 votes, while Benson accrued 692 votes. Benson has served on the council for 12 years.

Grohn will be sworn in as District 4 councilman on Monday.
