Charles L. Walters Jr., 57, of Bridgeport, Ala., was arrested Tuesday at a residence on Chisolm Avenue in Bridgeport on drug-related charges.
Walters was charged with felony drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Jackson County Jail.
The arrest came after a search of the residence by the Bridgeport Police Department and Jackson County Sheriff's narcotics unit.
