Rock Out at Rockabilly Cruise In - Aug. 24

photo Brett Clark, owner/operator of the High Roller BMX Stunt Team, performs a trick known as a big-footed can can at a previous stunt show.

Wheels in several variations can be seen at the Rockabilly Rock Out & Cruise In, scheduled from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at Thunder Creek Harley-Davidson, 7720 Lee Highway.

Billed as the dealership's "Party of the Year," the event is open to all motorcycles and cars, which would account for two versions of wheels.

Count two more variations in the lineup of entertainers, which includes the High Roller BMX Stunt Team (on bicycles) and the Chattanooga Roller Girls (on skates).

More entertainment will come from rockabilly band Hot Rod Walt & The Psycho-Devilles as well as burlesque troupe Dames Aflame.

Contests will look for best tattoos and the Miss TCHD Pin-Up winner.

There is no entry fee for the ride-in bike and car show, but car and truck drivers are asked to RSVP to contacttc@thecreekhd.com to assure a spot. Trophies will be awarded in all categories.
