Officials have confirmed a fire-related death occurred Christmas Day in Catoosa County, Ga.
The Catoosa County Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire on Jennie Lane at 2:12 p.m. Wednesday, officials said. Battalion Chief Steven Quinn says firefighters found a person dead in the home, and the house is considered a total loss.
The victim’s name has not been released, and Quinn said the fire is under investigation.
