Little Country Giants, Tiffany Taylor at Barking Legs

Americana group Little Country Giants, fronted by Cameron Federal Cook (upright bass, vocals) and husband, Russell Cook (guitar, vocals), from left, will return to Barking Legs Theater, 1307 Dodds Ave., for a show at 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, in the ArtFront concert series.

Natives of Rome, Ga., now living in Ranger, Ga., the Cooks are touring in support of their fourth album, “60 Grit.”

Rounding out the band are Rurik Nunan (fiddle) and Rob Robinson (brush/snare).

The group was voted Atlanta’s Best Folk Act by Creative Loafing Magazine, and their music has been featured in the soundtrack in the documentary “Grow” and the indie film “Pushing Up Daisies.”

Tickets for the all-ages show are $12 in advance or at the door.

Opening act is Tiffany Taylor, who received a 2012 MakeWork grant for songwriting.
