Tyner's girls defeated Central 50-34 on Thursday in an opening-round game in the District 6-AA high school basketball tournament at Tyner. The Lady Rams earn a Region 3 berth and will play top-seeded East Hamilton on Saturday at Hixson at 1 p.m.
