Chattanooga Police searching for two missing teenage girls

The Chattanooga Police Department has reported it is trying to help in locating two juveniles who were reported missing Thursday night from Parkridge Valley Hospital at 220 Morris Hill Road.

The department identified the two as Alyssa Bishop, 13, and Julie Cooper, 16.

Bishop was described as five-foot, four-inches tall and 125 pounds with short dark brown hair. When she was last seen, she was wearing blue jeans, black shirt with a pink tank top.

Cooper is five feet, six inches tall and weighs 157 pounds. A news release said she has shoulder length dark brown hair and was wearing blue jeans, a grey tee shirt, a purple jacket and brown boots when last seen.

The department said it is thought the two are trying to get back home - Bishop is from Cumberland County, Tenn., and Cooper is from Blount County, Tenn.

The police department news release said anyone with information on where the juveniles are should call the department at 423-698-2525.
