A single vehicle car crash in Bradley County left one man dead Monday night, according to a news release.
The accident happened in the 1500 block of Hunt Road. The vehicle collided with a power pole, taking the pole with it until it ran into a tree.
When emergency services arrived on the scene, they found power lines on the ground and extensive damage to the vehicle.
Bradley County fire and rescue responders removed the male driver from the vehicle. He was the only occupant in the car. He appeared to be in his early 20s and was pronounced dead on the scene.
