McMinn Central advances to the Region 3-AA semifinals with 82-49 victory over Tyner

ENGLEWOOD, Tenn. — The McMinn Central boys’ basketball team advanced to the Region 3-AA semifinals with an 82-49 victory over Tyner Saturday in Englewood.

The Chargers, who will face Brainerd in a Tuesday semifinal, were led by Max Miller’s 26 points. Sadik Spence and Alex Watkins led the Rams with 13.
