Former South Pittsburg Mayor Mike Killian has a court date scheduled related to his plea agreement to gambling charges.

Killian is scheduled for an initial appearance and arraignment on March 14 in Magistrate Bill Carter's courtroom.

Agents seized items from Killian's Marion County business "Lotto Mart" in January. Federal records related to the investigation remained sealed until Wednesday.

Documents revealed that Killian had agreed to plead guilty to one count of gambling. He faces up to five years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.

Killian is the brother of U.S. Attorney Bill Killian, whose office has recused itself from the case.

Court documents revealed that Mike Killian was also running a sports betting operation with an unnamed partner referred to as Person A.
