After the Eagles cut UTC’s lead to 41-33 with 14:41 to play, the Lady Mocs went on a 27-3 run to blow the game wide open. Ten Lady Mocs scored — six had at least 8 points — and UTC hit 46.7 percent of its shots.
MiMi DuBose led Georgia Southern with 13 points.
