Chattanooga police have arrested two men in a fatal shooting Saturday on Swan Road off Highway 58.
Detectives have arrested Kristopher Lebron Bell, 20, and Christopher Jennings, 19, in the death of Timothy Bumpass, 37.
Both are charged with felony murder, especially aggravated robbery and criminal conspiracy.
