Chattooga County, Ga., authorities say they will charge an Alabama man in the fatal shooting of another man Tuesday night.
Justin Long, who had been held and questioned since last night in the death of John England, was arrested this afternoon, Sheriff Mark Shrader said.
The sheriff said Long will be charged with multiple felonies.
England died from a gunshot wound after he was taken to a hospital, police said.
