Another inmate was killed at Hays State Prison, the third in a month’s time, authorities confirm.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called to investigate a murder from earlier today, spokesman John Bankhead said.
Last month, inmates Derrick Stubbs and Damion MacClain were killed within a week of each other after inmates sent threats to both their families for cash.
The prison is located in Trion, Ga.
