The Tennessee Highway Patrol will conduct driver’s license roadside safety checkpoints in Hamilton County from Sunday to Feb. 9.
The highway patrol is conducting these checkpoints to help enforce Tennessee driver’s license laws and ensure motorists’ safety, a news release stated.
Troopers will concentrate on vehicles driven by motorists who violate driver’s license laws because these unqualified drivers present a significant danger to the public, according to the highway patrol.
Scheduled checkpoints are contingent upon worker availability and weather.
