Chattanooga area high school standouts for Jan. 29

• Katelyn Lee, Gordon Lee: Her 18 points led the Lady Trojans to a 72-24 basketball defeat of Excel Christian.

• Aubrey Clemons, Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe: Her 15 points helped LFO squeeze by Gordon Central, 38-35, in a matchup of Lady Warriors.

• Brooke Copeland, Bradley Central: She had 20 points in a 65-39 district win over McMinn County.

• Shelene Hitchcock, Van Buren County: Her 14 points pushed the Spencer school past Marion County, 59-49.

• Samantha Massett, Arts & Sciences: Scoring 14, she paced the Lady Patriots past Howard, 53-41.

• Krissy Hodge, Sale Creek: She scored 12 points in a 49-35 win over Whitwell.

• Kaleigh Clemons, Baylor: Her 12-point, 11-rebound double-double keyed a 38-37 win over Tullahoma.

• McKenna Massengale, Hixson: With 13 points, she guided the Lady Wildcats past Central, 42-36.

• Molly Gadd, Notre Dame: She led the Lady Irish with 14 points in a 42-30 win over Sequatchie County.

• McKayla Williams, Grundy County: Her 16 points included four 3-pointers in a 48-41 defeat of Signal Mountain.

• Abbie Sewell, Boyd-Buchanan: Sinking five 3s in scoring 18 points, she paced a 42-37 win over the home-schooled Chattanooga Lady Patriots.

• Emileigh Swafford, Meigs County: She poured in 23 points in a 77-52 victory over Tellico Plains.

• Amber Levi, Rhea County: Her 13 points came in a 44-13 downing of Sweetwater.

• Jada Hubbard, Heritage: WIth 29 points, she led all area girls' scorers as the Lady Generals beat Southeast Whitfield 55-50.

• Kelsea Wilson, South Pittsburg: She scored 18 in a 56-46 win over Lookout Valley.

• Milica Savic, Hamilton Heights: Her 17 points pushed the Lady Hawks past GPS, 43-34.

• Destanie Smith, Anna Peters, Bledsoe County: Each had 12 points as Bledsoe squeaked by Chattanooga Christian, 38-37.

• Tava Young, LaFayette: With 18 points, she led the Lady Ramblers to a 41-35 victory over Ridgeland.

• Michaela Shackelford, St. Andrew's-Sewanee: Her 11 points came in a 47-20 loss to Mount Juliet Christian.

• Bree Walraven, Calhoun: With 13 points, she helped push Calhoun's record to 19-1 with a 47-21 win over Coosa.

• Daniel Brooks, Gordon Lee: He scored a game-high 25 points as the Trojans lost 61-51 to 21-1 Excel.

• Logan Burton, Sale Creek: He scored 17 points in a 48-36 victory over Whitwell.

• Tucker Godfrey, Walker Valley: He pumped in 21 as the Mustangs coasted by Soddy-Daisy, 75-49.

• Kile Sholl, Ringgold: His 23 points led Ringgold past Adairsville, 69-46.

• Jalen Smith, Rhea County: His 24 points paced the Golden Eagles in a 60-59 squeaker over Sweetwater.

• Jalen Smith, Ridgeland: The Panthers' Smith scored 27 in a 58-48 defeat of LaFayette.

• Brandon Walters, Howard: He scored 18 points in a 71-46 win over Arts & Sciences, pushing Howard's record to 17-3.

• Clay Born, Baylor: His 19 points included five 3-pointers as the Red Raiders beat Tullahoma 62-42.

• Justus McMillen, Boyd-Buchanan: He poured in 28 points in a 69-51 defeat of the Chattanooga Patriots.

• D.J. Prather, Gordon Central: He put up 24 points in a 73-59 defeat of Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe.

• Alex Tinsley, St. Andrew's-Sewanee: He scored 20 in a 66-61 overtime win against Mt. Juliet Christian.

• D'Mondta Smith, Hixson: His 18-point, 15-rebound double-double came in a 52-45 victory over Central.

• Demetric Johnson, South Pittsburg: His 19 points sparked the Pirates past Lookout Valley, 51-43.

• Rokas Paulauskas, Hamilton Heights: His huge night included 28 points and 13 rebounds as the Hawks squeaked by McCallie in overtime, 70-67.

• Jamaal Calvin, McCallie: He led area scorers with 30 points in the overtime loss.

• Levi Woods, Meigs County: He scored 18 in a 56-44 defeat of Tellico Plains.

• Cameron Sherlin, Cody Sanders, Heritage: Each scored 14 points as the Generals defeated Southeast Whitfield 61-37.
