Former Tennessee Titans cheerleader Elizabeth "Leigh" Garner refused a plea deal in court.
She will appear in court for a pretrial on Oct. 11, and her trial is slated for Nov. 12. Garner was present with her attorney, Terry Fann.
The hearing was the third that was scheduled - Fann previously asked to reset it twice on Garner's behalf.
Garner, 42, was indicted by grand jury in March on charges of aggravated sexual battery and solicitation of a minor for child rape, according to a Murfreesboro Police report.
