A jack-knifed tractor trailer is blocking most of Interstate 24 east at the Moore Road exit, but Chattanooga police expect to have the site cleared soon.
Chattanooga police dispatchers said around 6:15 p.m. that there was a light fluid leak at the site of the wreck, but that the leak was “nothing major” and not a hazardous material situation.
