One person is dead after two people were shot outside an event hall.One person is dead after two people were shot outside an event hall in Chattanooga this morning.
The victims were standing in the parking lot of "Da Building" at 1622 Dodds Avenue when the shooting happened around 4:50 a.m., according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
The second victim's injuries were not life-threatening. Police say the suspect fled the scene.
