Pilot Flying J faces new lawsuit

KNOXVILLE — A new proposed class-action lawsuit takes aim at Pilot Flying J, this one filed by an Alabama trucking company over the continuing federal rebate-fraud probe.

Wright Transportation of Mobile County, Ala., filed the lawsuit Wednesday in U.S. District Court. More than a dozen similar lawsuits have been filed around the country.
