DeKalb police say man shot in argument in SUV

DECATUR, Ga. — Police in DeKalb County say a man was shot during an argument in a packed SUV.

Police an 18-year-old man was shot when seven people in an SUV got in an argument early Friday morning.

When police officers arrived at the gas station where the SUV had stopped, all of the people involved in the incident had left. Officers found four of them walking nearby, including the man who had been shot. Police were searching for the other people involved, including the gunman.

Police told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that investigators had determined the SUV had been stolen in Cobb County.

Charges were pending against the people in custody.
