The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team responded to a couple's domestic disorder at a house at 11117 Old Hot Water Road shortly after 12 a.m. today.
After several hours of negotiations with 51-year-old Alan Schleif with no success, a distraction maneuver was initiated. Schleif ran out of the residence and was taken into custody, according to a news release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
He will be charged with aggravated domestic assault, the release stated.
