The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a man suspected of raping a 4-month-old baby to it’s Top Ten Most Wanted list.
Anthony Dean Blackwell, 24, of Huntsville, Ala., is wanted on a charge of rape of a child. The TBI said that Blackwell was babysitting the child June 9 in Pulaski. When the mother returned, she saw signs that the infant had been sexually abused.
The child required surgery at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt to repair the injuries.
