DOTHAN, Ala. - Authorities have arrested two Dothan adults on multiple counts of child pornography charges.
One of the individuals, 30-year-old Samantha Bryant, had recently pleaded guilty to a sexual abuse charge and was out on bond as she waited for a probation hearing. The Dothan Eagle reports that Dothan police also arrested Ellison Ray Dooling. Bryant and the 51-year-old Dooling live in Dothan.
The arrests follow a joint investigation by the Dothan police and the Alabama Bureau of Investigation. Authorities said they found illegal images on a computer that the pair owned jointly. Police say the charges involve images of underage minors, some of them toddlers, engaged in sexual acts.
Bond has been set at $660,000 each.
