photo Work continues on the Center for Integrative Medicine on Main Street.

Project: Center on Main.

Owner: Terry Jump.

Location: 320 E. Main St.

Size: 20,000 square feet, two stories.

Contractor: John Straussberger.

Scope: Center on Main will include both the Center for Integrative Medicine and Center MedSpa. The center for Integrative Medicine, which has 25 employees, will move out of its existing location on East Third Street and will include additional physical therapy and community education services. The Center MedSpa, which has eight employees, will more than triple its size to 7,300 square feet and will offer nail services, body treatments, a yoga room and a larger retail space. The spa will also include men's and women's locker rooms.

Timeline: Construction is scheduled to be finished by October.

Future: Jump hopes the new location will ramp up the business's involvement in the community. "One of the long-term goals for Center for Integrative Medicine is to add an element of community to our medical practice," she said.

"Building the Center on Main will allow us to continue to grow our primary care base and offer additional services and programs."

* History: The Center for Integrative Medicine was founded by Terry Jump's husband, Jeffrey Jump, in 2001. Center MedSpa was founded by Terry Jump, Jeffrey Jump and Natalie Johnson in 2008. The companies have been working on moving to Main Street for several years.
