Robert James NewsomCrime Stoppers and the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office are seeking information on the location of Robert James Newsom Jr., of Rossville.
Newsom, 27, has active warrants for first-degree cruelty to children, second-degree cruelty to children and battery.
He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. His last known address is 7 Harrington Lane, Rossville.
