The U.S. Marshals Service has increased the reward for information leading to the capture of the final suspect in the March 24 beating death of an Aryan Nation member.

The service added $2,500 to the existing $2,500 reward for David Gordon Jenkins, 46. He is one of four reported white supremacists charged with beating Corey Nathaniel Matthews, 26, to death in a cornfield across from the Jackson Cemetery in Cowan, Tenn.

The fatal attack on Matthews stemmed from "a dispute over the white supremacist organization's doctrine," Franklin County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Chris Guess said.

Jenkins is white, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his arms, left shoulder, chest, back and thighs, as well as numerous scars.

Jenkins' criminal history dates to 1985 and includes assault, drug trafficking, resisting arrest, possession of stolen property, robbery, escape, writing bad checks, DUI and traffic violations.

The search for Jenkins has expanded to New York state because he's a former resident of Corning, N.Y.

Jenkins should be considered armed and dangerous and approached with extreme caution, authorities said.

Anyone with information on Jenkins' whereabouts is urged to call the TBI at 1-800-824-3463. The $5,000 reward is for information leading to his arrest or capture.
