Cleveland, Tenn., police say on Tuesday a black male entered United Community Bank on North Ocoee Street and filled out a transaction form to withdrawal money from an account.

He presented the teller with a Georgia driver's license with his picture and the account holder's information but someone else's actual Georgia driver's license number.

The teller gave him the money from the account. The male then left the bank. Employees at the bank stated that he left in a royal blue Dodge Charger with the bottom portion of the vehicle painted silver. The vehicle has chrome wheels.
