Dalton, Ga., police seek cigarette snatcher

The Dalton (Ga.) Police Department has announced it is seeking the identify of a man who grabbed four packs of cigarettes Thursday and ran out of a convenience store without paying.

The cigarette grab occurred at the convenience store at 1702 Morris St.

A news release described the suspect as a white male with short brown hair. He was five feet, 10 inches to six feet tall and weighed about 220 pounds.

The release said he wore a dirty white or gray T-shirt with blue jeans.

Additionally, he had some kind of tattoo on his left forearm.
