The Class AAA third-ranked Bradley Central girls will play second-ranked Science Hill at 2 in the first round of the TSSAA state basketball tournament, starting Wednesday at the Murphy Center in Murfreesboro.
The Bearettes (29-2) will be making their first trip to state since 2001 in the state’s toughest classification, after defeating fourth-ranked Blackman 52-45 in a state sectional matchup last night in Cleveland.
The Lady Hilltoppers (33-3) were state finalists last season in Class AAA.
