The Tennessee Supreme Court ruled to place Hamilton County lawyer Jeffrey A. Stinnett on disability inactive status, according to a news release.
The court’s decision was made per section 21 of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9.
Stinnett cannot practice law while on disability inactive status, the release said. The court will reinstate Stinett’s law license once he has proven that the disability has been removed and he is capable of resuming his practice.
