Big River changes in Nashville
The Big River Grille in downtown Nashville is being converted into a Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, which will feature a new rooftop bar and seating for 50 percent more patrons. The rebranded restaurant and bar are set to open in April.
"There are successful Rock Bottoms in cities like Chicago, San Diego, Denver and Seattle, and now Nashville will have its own Rock Bottom," said Allen Corey, president of the Chattanooga-based CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries Inc. The rebranding of the 18-year-old eatery will bring a new menu and expanded craft beer selection, Corey said. Craftworks will continue to operate its downtown brewpub in Chattanooga as Big River Grille.
