Chris Anderson captures District 7 seat, defeating incumbent Manny Rico

Chris Anderson of the Bluff View Art District got 56 percent of the vote or 801 total votes to win the District 7 seat on the Chattanooga City Council.

Incumbent manny Rico received 501 votes, coming in second.

Karl D. Epperson got 87 votes, and Tramble Stephens, 19. There were seven write-ins.
