Incumbent City Councilman Jack Benson and Larry Grohn were headed for a runoff in the District 4 City Council race.
Benson had 689 votes or 34 percent while Grohn had 636 or 31 percent. To win the election, a candidate had to get 50 percent plus one.
The two will face in a runoff April 9.
Others in the race included Ryan King, who got 462 votes; Tom Tomisek, with 198 votes, and Scott McColpin, who received 23 votes. There was one write-in.
