Mike Collins and Associates Inc. acquires Netalliant

After 26 years of internal growth, Mike Collins and Associates Inc. has acquired another information technology company.

MCA recently bought Netalliant LLC. The acquisition of the 5-employee IT firm continues the growth of Collins’ IT solutions firm.

“We are expecting great things to come out of this acquisition and look forward to providing these new customers with exceptional support,” Collins said in an announcement Monday. “We consider customers to be our partners, and we are looking forward to developing new, lasting relationships.”

Heather Burrell, director of administration for Mike Collins and Associates, said the company is preparing to add 7,500 square feet of additional space this year to its 10,000-square-foot office in the Bonny Oaks Industrial Park. The company has 64 employees and operates offices in Chattanooga and Nashville.
