Free lessons in Falun Dafa

For those interested in learning about Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, a local woman is offering to teach it for free.

Jingzhi Shen says she is willing to teach the practice, which combines meditation and slow-moving exercises with a moral philosophy, on Sundays from 9-11 a.m. in Coolidge Park. Practicing Falun Dafa can lead to health and mental benefits, she says.

Teaching sessions must be made by appointment and she can be reached at 423-598-6277.

For more information on Falun Dafa, go to falundafa.org or http://en.minghui.org.
