People from Georgia just go to Tennessee or South Carolina. We used to take the backroads to Cleveland and buy our fireworks ... when I was younger and still lived in Georgia.

Fireworks were used as firearms before guns were, for sure. The founding fathers had them in mind (more) than hollow point (bullets) or anything more advanced than a musketball.
