Should it be legal to build fireworks stores in Georgia?

Of course. Guns are legal aren't they? Why shouldn't fireworks be legal?

Sure why not. But people should keep in mind how dry it is outside when using them; and always use them properly and have a water hose near by!

People from Georgia just go to Tennessee or South Carolina. We used to take the backroads to Cleveland and buy our fireworks ... when I was younger and still lived in Georgia.

Fireworks were used as firearms before guns were, for sure. The founding fathers had them in mind (more) than hollow point (bullets) or anything more advanced than a musketball.
