A jury has found Shannon Ory guilty of reckless endangerment but not guilty of attempted murder and kidnapping against his former wife.
Kristina Speights, Ory’s ex-wife, testified in Hamilton County Criminal Court this week Ory attacked and badly beat her in December 2009 after the couple split up.
Donna Thomas, Ory’s former mistress, testified that Ory told her he had tried to kill Speights and threatened her if she told anyone else.
Ben McGowan’ Ory’s lawyer, told jurors the case was an attempt to set up Ory.
