SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, — Two hikers tell Channel 3 they saw Harvey Cagle, 50, of Signal Mountain on the trail just a couple hours before his death.
"The trails were really muddy. It was really wet," says Sarah Weichselbaum who often visits the hiking trails on Signal Mountain.
"The scenery, the mountains, it's absolutely gorgeous and the waterfalls. I just can't get enough of it. I love the outdoors," Weichselbaum says.
