Firefighters were able to limit a house fire in East Ridge to an attic last night.
East Ridge Fire and Rescue was dispatched to 900 South Seminole Drive around 11 p.m. The occupants had already evacuated and the firefighters contained the fire to the residence’s attic.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, and no foul play is suspected. Damage is estimated at $65,000.
