DECATUR, Ga. — A new arraignment is set for a woman accused of arranging for her husband to be killed.
WSB Radio reports (http://bit.ly/WrXLEO) that Andrea Sneiderman is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in a DeKalb County courtroom.
Authorities say Sneiderman is being arraigned for a second time because a new indictment with a different set of charges requires the court date.
The new indictment includes more counts of perjury and making false statements. Charges of racketeering and insurance fraud were dropped.
Sneiderman still faces malice murder and other charges in the 2010 shooting death of her husband Rusty Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody preschool.
A jury found Hemy Neuman guilty but mentally ill of killing Rusty Sneiderman. Andrea Sneiderman was later arrested, accused of helping orchestrate the slaying.
