A 28-year-old man, who uses the name "JC Kent" as a wrestler, was charged with aggravated statutory rape, sexual exploitation of a minor through electronic means and providing obscene materials to a minor in Hamilton County.

On March 13, a sheriff's office detective met with a young woman who accused Joshua Francis Carter of digitally penetrating her and encouraging her to send nude photos of herself from her home.

Carter asked her to send photos through an application on her cell phone and told her that the application was "made for sexting," according to the sheriff's report.

Carter received pictures of the minor and responded to one of the images by saying, "I'm touching myself to that last one." After receiving several images he sent her a digital image of his penis.

Investigators were also able to confirm the woman's accusations through Facebook and records show details of the encounter, according to the report.

Carter remained in the Hamilton County Jail on a bond of $45,000 bond this afternoon. He is scheduled to appear in court before General Sessions Court Judge Gary Starnes April 8.
